I don't know what you are walking through right now, but I'm confident there are those that are enjoying a season of fruitfulness and joy, while others are barely making it. I've walked in both seasons and witnessed firsthand the steadfast love of God. My heart grieves hearing so many stories of those around me carrying things on their shoulders that would break most, and I find myself wondering, "Lord, how are they still moving forward, taking that next step, fighting the good fight?" And then I remember His nearness, His hand, His Help. He is our "ever present help in time of need." There is a God and He is our Help. Friends, He is! I say this under my breath some days, "You are enough for me, Jesus." I am honored that something I put my hand to is a way that God is offering others help. Maybe this artwork will be beauty to set your mind on. In my heart of hearts I do believe I'm not doing this just to paint something pretty... my prayer is that it is always for a purpose. His purposes. And His Word NEVER returns empty. It finishes and completes.
"And in Your book were written all the days that were ordained for me, When as yet there was not one of them.” (Psalms 139:16)
Trust the days He has ordained for YOU. Do the things. Love your God hard. Hold everything with an open hand so He can have your heart.
